Delivery POLICY

Shipping and Delivery

What Delivery methods are offered, and what are the respective Delivery times?

We have 3 different delivery methods: unregistered, registered, and expedited shipping.
In addition, the standard Delivery can reach the majority of countries,

registered                          - Typically 5-10 days

expedited shipping           - Typically 3-7 days

What is the shipping cost?

The price depends on the weight of product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order.

Shipping ("ships in") times displayed on MallGodd refer to the estimated time it takes for packages to leave our hands. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond MallGodd's control once it leaves our facilities,we suggest that if customers have a special occasion or event that they wish to use their item for, such as a birthday, that they order their items well in advance. MallGodd cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

MallGodd provides information via banners on our site and through newsletters to customers, that provide details of shipping delays due to the Christmas peak season, and encourages customers to order in advance. We can therefore not be held responsible if a customer does not receive their order in time for Christmas.

There may be occasions when MallGodd confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely fashion, MallGodd will contact customers and offer to cancel the order and refund purchase prices in full.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and we are able to send your order either to you home or to your work place. We can ship to PO Boxes via all shipping methods, except for Expedited Shipping because signatures are required upon delivery. Express shipments of this type can only be delivered to physical addresses.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas and the Chinese Lunar New Year, please allow extra delivery time. During those special occasions we will provide notices to reflect possible delays.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. MallGodd cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and MallGodd is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

MallGodd cannot be held responsible for any package that does not make it through the local customs and is destroyed due to the item being illegal in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. We can also not be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customers sole responsibility to pay this fee, if any.

All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. MallGodd cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

Any order that does not have shipping guarantee will not be the responsibility of MallGodd and the customer takes full liability for their package during the shipping process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange and Returns 

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 5 days for refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. The precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc). Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

You must first contact us and be in receipt of a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.

The money back guarantee does not cover volume/wholesale and customized orders.

Shipping back to MallGodd is paid for by the customer. We are in general unable to refund you postal fees.

Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's own expense.

By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to MallGodd. MallGoddis not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by MallGodd.

5 Day Money Back Guarantee & Returns process


Within 5 days of receiving the item, if you are dissatisfied with the order, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization stating:
1. The order number.
2. The item code(s) you wish to return.
3. The reason for return.
Our Customer Service will review your case and offer a return back. Upon receiving, the item will be exchanged with a replacement or will be refunded

How to request warranty (return, repair and refund)

If your item has an issue, please first submit a ticket to our Support Center

Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays: 1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.
4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above

Returns and Compensation Process

If you have any after sales issues, please contact our Support Center directly and they will offer you a solution according to your case. They will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it to.

This following section describes the processing time required upon receiving your returned item.

For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days, upon receiving your item back, and depending on stock availability.

For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details: 
-Wallet refunds will take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your MallGodd account.
-PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account. 
-Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

For repairs, it will take between 7-14 business days depending on the item and the manufacturers stock of spare parts.

Cancellation policy.

Order Cancelation

Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact our Support Center. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.
